High Ground Defense supports U.S. and allied defense programs through established government procurement channels, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), where authorized. The team works with customers throughout the acquisition process to provide technical information, product documentation, and engineering support appropriate to each program's requirements. Contracting essentials are public: CAGE 8FWL3, ISO 9001:2015 certified, Scottsdale AZ facility.
Warranty and Technical Support
High Ground Defense provides warranty support, repair services, and technical assistance throughout the lifecycle of every weapon system it manufactures. Warranty coverage and service procedures are available upon request; out-of-warranty assessments are quoted before work begins.
